Melynn and JoJo were absolutely great to work with when we were selling our house. They communicated with my husband and I throughout the entire process and always had great feedback to give. More importantly, they sold our house in a timely manner during a less than stellar housing market. I cannot recommend them enough!

Jojo and Melynn are an incredible real estate team! Our first contact was with Melynn, who responded within minutes to my inquiry with a list of available properties in our price range meeting our requirements. Then, when she was out of town, Jojo showed us one property on short notice at our request. But seeing it was not right for us, she immediately took us to another, much more acceptable one. Then on to a third one, she nailed it...Exactly what we needed! Not only did she help us find our home in only one afternoon, but she brilliantly suggested to the seller an adjustment in the paint scheme that brought it from 95% up to 100% perfection for us! Our move to Fredericksburg was made easy and delightful ...because of the quick response, diligence and creativity of these two excellent professional realtors! They have gone above and beyond our highest expectations, even being here to help us for these last 2 months after the closing, since we were out of town buyers struggling with the moving process.

We worked with JoJo from Absolute Charm to buy our dream place out in Hill Country - she could not have been more accommodating or professional.
